Selecting the right product for your logo:
What message are you trying to convey to the public? Remember your design should be simple and make a clear statement and what you wear says something about you and your company.

What do I need to get started?
You need to have a design of your logo in a J-Peg or PDF file. If you don’t have either of these files then we need good art work. If you don’t have art work we can work with you to create the design you are looking for. Remember embroidery is not pen and ink and there are limitations of what you can do with a design. When it comes to embroidery, less is more, keep it simple. Once we have art work or files, we go to the next stage, digitizing.

What is digitizing?
A digitized file is a special language written by an experienced digitizer that only the embroidery machine can read. The file tells the embroidery machine where to place the needle and when to change the thread colors creating your logo. Digitizing is an art and having a good digitizer can make all the difference between a great looking logo and just a logo. If you already have a DST or EXP digitized file you will save yourself a one time charge to create a digitized file. From the digitized file we now go to embroiderer to stitch a sample of your logo for your approval.

Changes:
During the initial design of your logo we can return the design to the digitizer to make the changes at no additional cost. Once you approve the design and we start stitching you own that file. Any changes to the original file will have an additional cost because you are creating a new digitized file.

How long does it take?
There is a lot of work that goes into creating a logo and stitching a logo. There is a process that has to be followed. Remember our digitizer is an artist and a perfectionist like our embroiderer. We turn out excellent work and that takes time. If we have good art work and there are no interruptions figure three days to produce your digitized design. Add another day to have your logo stitched for your review. Any changes that have to be made add two days, one to re-digitize and one to stitch. Depending where your product is coming from it is best to figure 5 days transit time. Product can be ordered while the design process is in work which will save you time. Figure 5 days to complete the embroidery and when complete we will deliver the finished product to you. You are on the safe side if you allow four weeks for a program from design to finished product. In many cases it is less time when everything falls into place.

Why can’t I do that?
A logo is usually the size of a business card. There is just so much you can crowd into that small space and still have a clear message. Remember, people are glancing at your chest as they walk by. They are not stopping to examine the logo so it is important to have a clear clean message that is easily read. Keep it simple. Know your limitation when it comes to detailed work. This is not pen and ink where you can create detailed designs; this is a needle making a design on fabric.

Prices:
There is one price to stitch the main logo and that price is based on the complexity of the design, the number of different colors and the number of stitches. Any additional embroidery like a name, a web site or a sponsor there is an added cost. Our price includes the product and the embroidery delivered to your door. If we digitized your logo there is a one time charge and you own the file.

Care of your product.
Never ever use bleach, not ever color safe bleach. Wash product inside out in cold water for the best results, tumble dry low. All knit shirts will have some shrinkage in the first wash, even the ones that claim they are preshrunk.
